Regional Watershed Plan Draft

Louisiana Watershed Initiative Region 3 is proud to announce that our Region 3 Watershed Action Plan is now available for public review.  This 30-day review period will remain open through 5 pm Monday, March 9, 2026.  We invite all stakeholders to carefully review the plan and prepare any questions or comments for discussion during the upcoming Findings Meeting.  For anyone unable to attend or who wishes to propose questions/comments after this meeting, a virtual submission has been included below after the plan.

The Findings Meeting will be held on March 11, 2026 from 10:00 - 11:30 AM at the Ouachita Parish Police Jury Administrative Offices located at 100 Bry Street, Monroe Louisiana.
